Sonet Shields is a dynamic and driven individual with a proven track record of success. Born on July 17, 1974, in Rustenburg, South Africa, Sonet was adopted and raised by the matron of Potgietersrust Hospital, instilling in her strong morals and a competitive nature.

Throughout her life, Sonet has consistently demonstrated her ability to excel in various pursuits. As a child, she was an accomplished debater, winning top honors at her school, and a talented writer, winning a writing competition at just 14 years old. She also excelled in extracurricular activities, earning colors in swimming and softball.

As an adult, Sonet has applied her skills and determination to her entrepreneurial endeavors. She successfully founded and ran her own company, SA Entertainment Group, before selling it and starting her new venture, The Hope & Harmony Group, offering creative products, and solutions to problems faced in almost every field you can think of.. Sonet's passion for innovation and customer satisfaction has been a hallmark of her business career, and she is dedicated to making her new company a success.

Tommy Shields was born on November 1, 1975, in Bethlehem, South Africa. Growing up in this vibrant region, he developed a strong sense of community and an appreciation for hard work from an early age. His upbringing instilled in him values that would guide his professional journey.

Tommy began his career in the security field, where he honed his skills in the understanding of security in and around control rooms and general safety for both him, colleagues and clients. This foundational experience provided him with a unique perspective on safety and vigilance, which later proved beneficial as he transitioned into the banking industry.

After gaining valuable insights into financial systems and customer service within banking, Tommy took a significant step forward by joining the South African Revenue Service (SARS). Over more than 11 years at SARS, he served as a verifier and held the position of second-in-charge to the Team Leader. In this role, he was instrumental in ensuring compliance and accuracy within the tax system, demonstrating his commitment to public service and fiscal responsibility.

In pursuit of entrepreneurial aspirations, Tommy co-founded Sa Entertainment Group with his wife, Sonet Shields. The company thrived under their leadership until they made the strategic decision to sell it in March 2024. This venture not only showcased their business acumen but also highlighted their ability to innovate within the entertainment sector.

Following the sale of Sa Entertainment Group, Tommy embarked on a new chapter as a financial advisor for SureX Group. In this capacity, he leverages his extensive experience in finance and compliance to provide clients with tailored financial solutions that meet their unique needs.

In addition to his role at SureX Group, Tommy and Sonet launched The Hope & Harmony Group brand in 2024. This initiative reflects their shared passion for fostering positive change within communities through various outreach programs and services.
